Join MHM Historian Marcie Miller for a presentation about the Barbary Coast women that found their way into San Quentin. They were gentle & mousy, brazen & murderesses - the gamut of femininity. Initially, the sexes intermingled until the peak of "Wild Women" necessitated new quarters. It was 1933 when women were located to the new facility at Tecachapi.
